The annexe and all it's contents are only 2 years old including a double/single bunk (with under bed storage drawer), 3 seater sofa bed, large fridge/freezer, beanbag, wall mounted flat screen tv/dvd player, airconditioner, small tv stand. The annexe also has a full ensuite, which includes vanity, toilet & shower and brand new storage cupboards all in neutral colouring.
